MEDAUTO™ — Terms & Conditions

MEDAUTO™ provides mobile automotive services throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, including vehicle servicing, Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and related automotive work. All services are subject to technician availability, service location, vehicle condition, and compliance with Queensland legislation.

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Interfere with or damage website functionality
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or networks
• Copy or distribute website content without written consent
• Upload or transmit malicious or unlawful material

Prices shown on this website are general guides only and may change without notice.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Vehicle make, model, and condition
• Required parts
• Labour involved
• Service location
• Additional repairs identified during inspection

A formal quote will be provided before any additional work is carried out.

All bookings depend on technician availability and service location.

Customers must:

• Provide accurate vehicle details
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

MEDAUTO™ may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, unavailable parts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

MEDAUTO™ provides mobile automotive services within selected Brisbane service areas.

Some repairs or inspections may require workshop facilities or specialised equipment. If so, alternative options will be provided.

RWC inspections are carried out by a licensed Approved Inspection Station (AIS) examiner in accordance with Queensland regulations.

A Roadworthy Certificate:

• Confirms the vehicle meets minimum safety standards at the time of inspection
• Does not guarantee the vehicle is free from mechanical defects

If the vehicle does not pass, required repairs must be completed before a certificate can be issued.

MEDAUTO™ uses appropriate tools, quality parts, and accepted industry practices.

Customers will be advised of any additional work identified during inspection. No additional repairs will be performed without approval unless required for safety or by law.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to inspect
• Remove personal belongings from the work area where practical
• Ensure an authorised adult (18+) is available if required

Payment for most services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Short Payment Disclaimer: Mobile Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) inspections must be paid in full before the inspection begins. This is because an RWC inspection is a regulated safety check, not a guarantee of a pass. The inspection fee is payable regardless of the outcome.

MEDAUTO™ may suspend or decline future bookings where payment remains outstanding.

Workmanship is supported by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer warranties on supplied parts remain subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Accident or impact damage
• Modifications by third parties
• Failure to follow recommended maintenance

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

12.1 Ownership of Materials

All content, materials, and systems made available by MEDAUTO™—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, branding elements, technical documents, inspection reports, diagnostic data, images, videos, software, layouts, and digital assets—are the exclusive property of MEDAUTO™, unless otherwise stated. This includes all proprietary engineering processes, diagnostic methodologies, and service frameworks developed by Ricardo Medina Sanchez.

12.2 Trademark Notice

MEDAUTO™ is a registered trademark owned by Ricardo Medina Sanchez. All uses of the MEDAUTO™ name, logo, brand elements, colour schemes, and associated identifiers are protected under Australian trademark law. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, adaptation, or use of the MEDAUTO™ trademark in any form is strictly prohibited.

12.3 Copyright Protection

All intellectual property displayed on this website, in digital communications, inspection reports, marketing materials, and dealer resources is protected under Australian copyright legislation. No part of MEDAUTO™ content may be copied, reproduced, stored, transmitted, distributed, published, or adapted without prior written consent.

12.4 Prohibited Use

Users, customers, dealers, and third parties must not:

• Reproduce or redistribute MEDAUTO™ content for commercial purposes
• Modify or adapt MEDAUTO™ materials
• Remove or obscure trademark symbols, copyright notices, or proprietary markings
• Use MEDAUTO™ branding in advertising, promotions, or business activities without written approval
• Create derivative works based on MEDAUTO™ systems, reports, or digital assets

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action, including claims for damages.

12.5 Licensed Use (Dealers & Partners)

Approved dealers and partners may receive limited, revocable permission to use specific MEDAUTO™ materials solely for authorised business activities. Such permission:

• Must be granted in writing
• Does not transfer ownership
• May be withdrawn at any time
• Requires strict adherence to MEDAUTO™ brand guidelines

Any misuse or deviation from authorised use immediately terminates the licence.

12.6 Third‑Party Content

Where third‑party trademarks, logos, or content appear, they remain the property of their respective owners. Such inclusion does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

12.7 Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe any MEDAUTO™ intellectual property has been used without permission, please contact us immediately so appropriate action can be taken.
