Mobile RWC Brisbane
MEDAUTO™ is a fully mobile AIS-licensed inspection service. Instead of booking a workshop slot, dropping the car off and waiting half a day, our inspector arrives at your home, office car park or the seller's address with everything needed to complete a Queensland safety certificate on site.
That matters most when the vehicle can't easily be driven — an unregistered car, a recently imported vehicle, a deceased estate sale, or a car you're buying across town and want checked before money changes hands.
Every mobile roadworthy Brisbane booking includes the full statutory inspection, a written result, and same-day electronic lodgement with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
Same day mobile RWC
Coverage
We operate from Richlands 4077 and cover roughly a 50km radius: inner Brisbane, the western and southern suburbs, bayside, north Brisbane, plus Ipswich, Springfield and Logan. Wherever you are in that ring, we quote the travel fee for your suburb before you book.
FAQ
Yes. Most same-day mobile RWC bookings are available if you call before midday, and next-day slots are almost always open. We inspect at your home, workplace or the seller's address anywhere in Brisbane.
Cars and sedans are $102.70, 4WDs, SUVs and utes are $119, and vans and light trucks are $129. Travel within our Brisbane service area and electronic TMR lodgement are included.
Between 45 and 60 minutes for most light vehicles. You'll get the result on the spot and the safety certificate is lodged electronically the same day.
Registration details, your ID, and the vehicle parked somewhere with room to work and jack it safely. If the car is unregistered we can still inspect it where it stands.
Identical. We're a licensed Approved Inspection Station, so the safety certificate issued in your driveway is the same legal document a workshop issues, lodged electronically with TMR under the same AIS number.
Everything within roughly 50km of our Richlands 4077 base — inner Brisbane, western and southern suburbs, bayside, north Brisbane, plus Ipswich, Springfield and Logan. Your travel fee depends on how far your suburb sits from that base and is confirmed before you book.
Yes. Evening and Saturday windows are available by arrangement, which is why most of our same day mobile RWC bookings are workplace car parks and after-hours driveway jobs.
You get a written defect list on the spot. Most minor items — bulbs, wipers, brake globes, fluid tops — are fixed during the same visit. Anything larger gets a free re-inspection within 14 days once repaired.
Yes. We run recurring mobile inspection rounds for dealers, fleet operators and rental yards across Brisbane, with consolidated invoicing and priority scheduling.
